Company History The Tilbury Concrete Team Hours of Operation Delivery Area Tilbury Concrete is among the largest manufacturers and distributors of ready-mix concrete in the Windsor/Essex County area. Founded by Ernie Mailloux in 1977, the company began operations in Tilbury with five employees and three trucks. In 1994, Tilbury Concrete added wall forming to its list of services becoming Windsor's first full service supplier. Today Tilbury Concrete Windsor employs nearly forty people and operates a modern fleet of 20 mixer trucks, 2 stone slingers and 3 concrete pumps. The Tilbury Team has maintained their commitment to producing concrete that surpasses the standard for strength and quality. Along with its superior concrete, Tilbury Concrete prides itself on the appearance of its plant and equipment. Investing steadily over the years in the latest production equipment and a modern transport fleet, Tilbury consistently maintains clean, attractive and efficient equipment.
